Lakeside Electrical & Construction Co. Inc. is looking for a skilled Electrician to join our growing team in Louisa, VA. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or construction settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople on job sites
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Virginia electrical standards
- Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on active job sites
